Releasing your need for external validation.

As young children, many of us were taught to be ‘good little girls’, and to always keep the peace, by making sure we did whatever our authority figures told us.

Walking on eggshells and tending to everyone else’s requests of us.

As we grow into women, and start to feel into who we really are at the deepest level — aka, our truth — being the ‘good little girl’ no longer serves us. (Did it ever?).

When we’ve suppressed our voice our whole life (a learnt behaviour that allowed us to feel ‘safe’ in the past), it can feel truly intimidating to stand in our power and open that throat chakra 💎

Nearly every woman I have ever worked with has been invited (by her inner self) to undergo some level of finding her voice again — and USING it.

I’ve certainly been on my own journey with this.

What I want to say to you today is …

It is safe to use your voice, when you feel called to do so.

It is safe to not be liked by those who disagree with you.

It’s ok to stand in your heart truth, and express it. Even when others judge you.

It’s ok. You are safe.

You are on a journey to realising that you *do not need* external validation.

It’s safe to use your unique voice to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

It’s safe to roar if you need to, and when you feel called to 🔥🔥🔥

USE YOUR VOICE.

It’s safe to live purely from your heart. And when you do, you can never go wrong.

Not everyone is going to like it when you use your voice. But if you are being asked by your soul to speak up, and you ignore that, you are suppressing yourself.

Open your throat and let it out 💎🙏🏻💙 not to prove that you’re ‘right’, but to let the truth of your soul be expressed.

Seriously, the right people will find you when you speak your truth. And whoever falls away was not meant for your ongoing journey — gracefully let them go 🙏🏻🌟🔥🧝🏻‍♀️

Love,

Beth
