What (if anything) is making you feel MOST resentful in your life right now?
What really ticks you off, makes you feel like you’re a living doormat (getting walked all over), and where do you feel like your boundaries are forever being crossed?
Does anything come to mind?
If so, I invite you to consider this a sacred message from your SOUL.
You see, I believe that resentment is something that we can use as our guide.
When we pay attention to what makes us feel this way … it is often situations that are calling us to raise our standards, our self-worth, and decide what we are no longer willing to tolerate.
This week I recorded a video blog about this exact topic – because it has been coming up so often in my client sessions lately.
In fact, I very often prompt my clients to consider THIS:
What are you no longer willing to tolerate?
What do you simply KNOW, deep down, absolutely has to change, in order for you to reclaim your innate worth?
Where are you trying to fix other peoples problems, taking on too much responsibility for other peoples life journeys, and putting up with things that are no longer worthy of your time and energy?

And then … you might like to write your own list of things that you are no longer willing to tolerate.
Remember … change starts with complete honestly, with yourself!
Get honest about what is no longer working for you in your life, so that you can move forward with clarity, clearing the way for what you TRULY desire, to move in and blow you out of the water with its amazingness.
